Paneer Tikka is all time favourite starter for all parties or weekends at home. Here I present the falhari version of Paneer Tikka for the ongoing navratri. Yummy, delicious and healthy paneer tikka will surely win the heart.

Ingredients to make Vrat wale Paneer tikka.
1- 250 gms paneer
2- Hung curd
3- Coriander powder
4- Garam masala
5- Sendha namak
6- Jeera powder
7- Mustard oil
8- Kashmiri chilly powder
Method to make vrat wale Paneer tikka.
1- In a bowl add 2 tsp mustard oil.
2- Add 2 tsp kahsmiri chilly powder and mix it well.
3- Add 3 tsp hung curd , 1/2 tsp Garam masala , 1/2 tsp coriander powder , 1/2 tsp jeera powder , 1/2 tsp Amchur powder , Sendha namak as per taste and mix it well.
4- Add paneer cubes and gently coat paneer in marination.
5- Marinate it for at least half and hour.
6- Heat a non stick pan and add 1.5 tsp oil.
7- Put marinated paneer cubes on pan and cook well from all the sides, until it gets nicely grilled.
8- Serve it with Coriander and Mint chutney ( The chutney in the picture is made with Handfull of coriander , 8-10 mint leaves ,2 large tomatoes , 2 green chillies , sendha namak and 1/2 tsp lemon juice).
