Mutton Keema Recipe – How to make Keema

Ingredients to make mutton Keema.
Minced Mutton 500 gms
2 Onions finely chopped
Garlic cloves 10
Ginger garlic paste
Curry leaves 10-12
Green Chilly
Garam Masala
Turmeric Powder
Coriander Powder
Red Chilly powder

Method to make Mutton Keema.
1- Wash the minced mutton 3-4 times, until nice and clean.
2- In the minced mutton add 2 finely chopped onions , 2 tsp ginger garlic paste , garlic roughly chopped , salt as per taste , curry leaves , 1 green chilly chopped , 1/2 tsp turmeric powder , 2 tsp coriander powder , 3-4 tsp Garam masala , 1 tsp red chilly powder ,2 tsp refined oil and mix it all together.
3- Heat a kadhai or pan and add 7-8 tsp oil.
4- Add the minced meat in oil and cook until meat water is completely evaporated.
5- Once water is evaporated , roast the minced meat in oil for 7-8 minutes on a medium flame.
6- Add 2 cups water and cook it on a medium flame until water gets evaporated again.
7- Once water gets evaporated , let it cook on a medium flame for 30-35 minutes until completely cooked or oil is released.
8: Garnish it with fresh coriander leaves.
9- Serve it hot with Kulcha or Pav.
